How do I place an Order?
Click on the product you are interested in buying. Then add the product to your cart by clicking the ADD TO CART button or by click SHOP NOW. The product is added to your cart. Then click on the cart icon at the top right corner of our website/app to reveal a dropdown. In the dropdown, click on CHECKOUT. On the checkout page, fill in your contact details. Select your preferred payment method. Click the checkbox to AGREE with our terms and conditions and then click on PLACE ORDER. Then make payment for your order through your preferred payment method.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
In your account dashboard, click on ORDERS. Then select the order you want to cancel and click on CANCEL.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not need an account to place orders on Kennorch Global Organic Mall. However, having an account makes it easier for you to manage your others and to help us serve you better.
How Do I Track My Order?
In your dashboard, click on ORDERS and then select the order you want to track. Click the provided tracking link and you’ll be redirected to the tracking page for your order
How Can I Return a Product?
Yes you can return purchased items within 7 days of purchase as long as the items have not been tampered with
